Beverly's Downtown is an ingredient-driven Mexican restaurant coming to the basement of the historic Hogan Building at 901 Houston Street in downtown Fort Worth — a subterranean dining experience from Jeff Payne and Jason Cross, the team behind Cousin's BBQ and The Mont. The concept draws from across Mexico: heirloom flour and corn tortillas served with cultured butter and pickled onion, dishes pulling from the earthy traditions of Northern Mexico and the citrus-bright flavors of the coasts. Located steps from Sundance Square in one of downtown's most storied buildings, built in 1900 and renovated with an Art Deco facelift in 1937. Opening date to be confirmed.
