Big Dawgs Hot Dog Co. is a Fort Worth-based food truck from husband-and-wife team Juan and Salena, parked regularly at Rusty Nickel Icehouse on Stanley Avenue and available for private events across the city. The menu blends gourmet hot dogs with Mexican street eats — 100% beef franks wrapped in bacon, served on fresh-baked buns, and loaded with creative toppings. The Big Dawg comes with crushed chips, seasoned grilled onions and bell peppers, mayo, ketchup, and mustard. The Tex stacks carne asada, avocado sauce, and green tomatillo sauce. The Chili Cheese Dawg runs homemade chili, nacho cheese, and cornbread crumbs. Smash burgers and carne asada quesadillas round out the menu.
