The menu runs further than most healthy spots dare: plant-based bowls with bases like brown rice and quinoa, hearty vegan salads, a Camp Bowie Burger, JustEgg breakfast tacos, blueberry chia seed pudding, oat milk oatmeal, avocado toast on double-toasted sourdough, smoothies made with whole fruit and no syrups, cold-pressed juices, nut milks, and a coffee bar.
