Dirdie Birdie at 2821 Morton Street in the West 7th District is an experiential dining and entertainment concept built around a 12-hole indoor mini golf course designed around iconic Fort Worth landmarks — not a windmill-and-clown setup, but immersive, art-installation-style holes that wind through the space like a course you actually want to linger on. Co-founders Vik and Lina Khasat chose Fort Worth specifically, drawn to the city's sense of pride and authentic identity, and the Fort Worth course reflects that with holes built around local culture. The full-service restaurant and expansive craft cocktail bar are built to hold their own as a dinner destination, with coffee-braised short rib, Bang Bang Popcorn Shrimp, wagyu sliders, Nashville hot chicken sliders, and towering burgers alongside cocktails like the Strawnold Palmer and a frozen Dirdie Marg. Multiple lounge spaces let you drift between the course and the bar and stretch a round into a full evening. The 9,200-square-foot space in the former Bottled Blonde building is positioned as a spot for date nights, group outings, milestone celebrations, and anyone who wants more from a night out than just sitting at a bar. Opening late June 2026.
