Duong DeVille is chef Hao Tran’s planned full-service Vietnamese restaurant at 405 West Loop 820 North in west Fort Worth. The restaurant is part of Entrepreneur Park and expands on the cooking Tran introduced through pop-ups and Hao’s Grocery & Café.

The menu is planned around Vietnamese family recipes, including bún bò Huế, dumplings, steamed rice cakes, rice and noodle dishes, soups, bánh mì, and plant-based options. Tran has also discussed making sauces and bread in-house and using a dedicated dumpling prep area. A firm opening date has not been announced.
