Dutch’s Hamburgers opened in 2007 at 3009 South University Drive across from TCU. Named for Horned Frogs coach Leo “Dutch” Meyer, the neighborhood burger-and-beer café serves all-beef, chicken, and vegetarian burgers on sweet sourdough buns, along with hand-cut fries, onion rings, salads, nachos, sandwiches, and mozzarella sticks. Three patios include a rooftop overlooking campus, and the wraparound bar offers 30 beers on tap and the Frozen Frog cocktail. Best for burgers, beer, and casual dining in the University / TCU area.
