Ivy Coffee Roasters is an independent coffee shop and roastery at 106 East Daggett Avenue in South Main Village. Owner and roaster Collin Brister roasts the cafe’s beans in house, while the team also makes its syrups and cold foams. The menu balances espresso and coffee classics with seasonal drinks such as the Golden Hour Latte, which combines honey, vanilla bean, cinnamon, lavender and honey cold foam. Breakfast tacos and other light bites are also served. The Daggett Avenue cafe opened in 2026 after Ivy built a following through pop-ups and a coffee trailer.
