Exchange Avenue inside Tannahill's Tavern in Mule Alley is Chef Tim Love's focused answer to two things he does best: high-end Texas barbecue and a serious raw bar. The menu covers smoked prime brisket, pecan-smoked half chicken, smoked baby back pork ribs, smoked beef ribs, a double-cut pork chop with cheddar grits, and a cowboy ribeye, alongside raw oysters, grilled oysters, and fried oysters with cornbread.
