Madrone is a fine dining restaurant coming to the restored Fort Worth Public Market at 1400 Henderson Street, led by Chef Jenna Kinard, former executive chef at Max's Wine Dive and Hotel Drover's 97 West. Named for the native Texas evergreen that thrives year-round, Madrone will be built around chef's tasting menus with a focus on seasonal, locally sourced Texas ingredients. Expect Texas wagyu tartare, Gulf oysters, hamachi with mesquite bean miso, and dishes that carry Kinard's Southeast Asian culinary background alongside Southern technique. The menu rotates with the season. Opening mid-2026 inside the nearly 100-year-old Public Market building.
