Old Neighborhood Grill at 1633 Park Place Avenue reopened in 2025 under restaurateur Mazen Haddad after a brief closure. The new owner retained much of the longtime staff and the familiar diner-style menu while refreshing the dining room. Breakfast, burgers, sandwiches, chicken-fried steak, pork chops, seafood, salads, plate lunches, and dinner entrées remain central to the restaurant. Sunday breakfast and lunch were added after the reopening. Best for American comfort food and a casual neighborhood meal near the Fort Worth Zoo, TCU, and Park Place Village.
