OOOWWWEEE Wangz N Catfish grew out of Straight From the Kitchen, a local favorite on the west side of Fort Worth, into a fast-casual operation built on a simple conviction: cooked-to-order food made with real, farm-raised catfish and hormone- and antibiotic-free chicken. The result is the kind of wing and fish spot that earns the name on the tin — the OOOWWWEEE Sauce on perfectly crispy wings is the signature, and the Southern fried catfish is what regulars say is the best in the city. The menu runs wing baskets in four to ten pieces, chicken strip baskets, a chicken and waffle plate, the Land & Sea combo for those who can't choose, catfish baskets with slaw and a roll, and family packs for the group.
