Pulido's Kitchen & Cantina at 2900 Pulido Street is the original Fort Worth location of the Tex-Mex restaurant founded in 1966 by Pedro and Dionicia Pulido. After the longtime family operation closed in 2023, Westland Hospitality revived the restaurant while retaining its connection to the Pulido family's recipes and history. The current menu includes enchiladas, tacos, tamales, fajitas, burritos, chicken tortilla soup, shrimp cocktail, margaritas, Palomas, sopapillas, and other Tex-Mex standards. Current hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Best for classic Fort Worth Tex-Mex and a meal at the original Pulido's location.
