Riscky’s Bar-B-Q Downtown at 300 Main Street brings the Fort Worth family’s longstanding barbecue tradition to Sundance Square. Mary and Joe Riscky founded the business in 1927, and it remains under fourth-generation family ownership. The Downtown restaurant serves brisket, beef and pork ribs, smoked chicken, sausage, turkey, barbecue sandwiches, burgers, and other Texas favorites, with meats hand-rubbed in proprietary Riscky Dust and slowly smoked over wood.
