The savory soufflé menu covers jambon and Gruyère, truffle-infused mushroom, smoked salmon, creamed spinach, escargot, herb and spicy sausage, cauliflower and Brie, and Southwest chicken, among others. Sweet soufflés run chocolate, Grand Marnier, raspberry, praline pecan, and apricot. The rest of the menu fills in with French onion soup, marshmallow soup, rise salad, artisan cheese plates, Salade Niçoise, and mini baguette sandwiches.
