The Mont at 4729 Saint Amand Circle is a contemporary restaurant in West Fort Worth's Montserrat area. Owners Jeff Payne and Jason Cross developed the concept with culinary director Michael Arlt and executive chef Michael Duff. The dining room combines a polished mid-century-inspired setting with New American cooking, house-made pastas, seafood, steaks, composed entrées, cocktails, and a curated wine program.
