By using Fort Worth Founded — including our website at fortworthfounded.com and our member app at app.fortworthfounded.com — you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Overview
Fort Worth Founded is a local food and drink media platform covering restaurants, bars, breweries, and experiences in Fort Worth, Texas. Our services include a curated directory, editorial guides, a member rewards app, digital Passports, and a weekly newsletter. All content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes.
Accounts
You may create a free Fort Worth Founded account to access features including saved spots, visit tracking, custom lists, and Passport check-ins. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not create accounts for the purpose of abuse, spam, or misuse of any Fort Worth Founded feature.
Membership
Fort Worth Founded offers a paid membership that unlocks additional features including exclusive member offers, Fort Worth Points, and early Passport access. Membership automatically renews each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. By joining, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may update payment information, view invoices, or cancel at any time using Manage my membership in your app Account page.
Founding member pricing is locked in for as long as your membership remains active and in good standing. Fort Worth Founded reserves the right to change pricing for new members at any time.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law or expressly stated in a written promotion. If you cancel, your membership benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period. One-time Passport purchases grant access only to the identified Passport for its stated availability period; they do not create a recurring membership and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or if we cannot provide the purchased access.
Fort Worth Points and Rewards
Fort Worth Points are earned by members through Passport check-ins and may be redeemed for rewards available in the app. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of the Fort Worth Founded rewards catalog.
Fort Worth Founded reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the points and rewards program at any time with reasonable notice. Points are forfeited upon account cancellation or termination.
Passports and Member Offers
Fort Worth Founded Passports are curated digital experiences that allow users to check in at participating restaurants and earn rewards. Best-Of List Passports run for a limited window and expire on a published date. Partner Passports run on an ongoing basis subject to the continuation of the partner relationship.
Member offers are provided by participating restaurant partners and are subject to availability. Fort Worth Founded makes reasonable efforts to ensure offers are honored but is not responsible for a restaurant's failure to honor an offer. If you experience an issue redeeming an offer, contact us at fortworthfounded@gmail.com.
Offers may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. One-time Passport purchase offers may only be redeemed once per stop per purchaser.
Content and Information
Listings on Fort Worth Founded are created using publicly available information including business names, descriptions, menus, and general details. We aim to keep all information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any content. Business details such as hours, pricing, and offerings may change without notice.
Inclusion on Fort Worth Founded does not imply endorsement. Listings are curated to help users discover places in Fort Worth, but individual experiences may vary. Fort Worth Founded is not responsible for the quality of service, food, or experiences at listed businesses.
Images and Media
Images displayed on Fort Worth Founded are sourced from publicly available content including photos provided by businesses on platforms such as Google Maps and official business social media pages. We do not claim ownership of third-party images. All rights remain with the original owners. Images are used in good faith to accurately represent listed businesses. If you are a rights holder and believe an image is being used improperly, please contact us at fortworthfounded@gmail.com.
User-Generated Content
Fort Worth Founded allows users to create private notes, reactions, custom lists, and shared lists. You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content to Fort Worth Founded, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and use that content to operate the service.
Private notes and reactions are visible only to you and will never be displayed publicly without your explicit consent. Shared lists are visible to anyone with the link.
Business Listing Requests
If you are a business owner or authorized representative and would like to update your listing, correct information, or request removal of images or content, please contact us at fortworthfounded@gmail.com. We review and respond to all requests promptly.
Requesting updates or removal does not guarantee removal of aggregated, anonymized data that does not identify your business specifically.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use Fort Worth Founded for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or reproduce content without permission
- Abuse, manipulate, or game any rewards, points, or offer system
- Create fake accounts or submit false check-ins
- Reproduce or redistribute Fort Worth Founded content without written permission
Intellectual Property
The Fort Worth Founded name, logo, editorial content, and original design elements are the intellectual property of Fort Worth Founded. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any original Fort Worth Founded content without prior written permission.
